The new setting interface has added many new functions that the console does not have. In contrast, many functions on the console have not been ported to the new setting interface. If you want to use the traditional console, you can display the console on the desktop. The most commonly used method is to set the desktop icon under “Personalization” → “Theme” and check the console to appear on the desktop.

The traditional console is still very easy to use, but the space on the desktop is limited and is often covered by the application screen. If you don’t want to have so much trouble every time you execute it, I chose thetask barandstart windowThe above is the best solution.
Find “Control Panel” from the search button on the taskbar.

Simply right-click on the console to pin to the Start window or taskbar.

The start screen of Windows 11 is no longer presented in the form of dynamic tiles, but is directly arranged in the pop-up window as icons. Why didn’t I see it? It turns out that it is added to the end of the pinned selection, so I have to slide to the next page in the window.

It is more convenient to pin the selection in the start window and taskbar. No matter how many layers the application overlaps, it can always be launched in the fastest way.

It is also easy to unpin the selection. Right-click the console icon in the start window to bring up the menu to unpin the selection in the start window or taskbar.

The console icon on the workbar can also be unchecked, only the workbar can be unchecked.
