3. Participate in the event through LINE App during the event time (mobile version only)

The Kaohsiung City Government, the All-in-One Card Company and LINE Pay are jointly planning to start the grab at 20:00 on New Year’s Eve, February 11. 50,000 “digital red envelopes for good luck in the Year of the Ox” will be sent to the public online. The red envelopes are 1 yuan, 2 yuan, 88 yuan, and up to 888 yuan (the amount will be sent randomly). Each person (per ID card number) is limited to one:

Changhua County Government:

The Changhua County Government, the All-in-One Card Company and LINE Pay are jointly planning to start the grab at 21:00 on New Year’s Eve, February 11. 50,000 “Niu Zhuan New Luck” lucky red envelopes will be sent online to the public.
