They can only be purchased and used in the LINE App. They can be used to purchase products such as “stickers”, “themes”, “emoticons” or “AI pictures from profile studio”. However, when it comes to purchasing stickers, purchasing them with LINE tokens in the Sticker Shop will be more expensive than in the LINE STORE.

However, the price increase is not the biggest disadvantage of LINE tokens, but the purchased LINE tokens can only be used on the same operating system. That is to say, if iOS is switched to Android, and Android is switched to iOS,LINE tokens are “non-transferable” across systemsof.

This has a greater impact than the higher cost of purchasing stickers and whether there are additional rewards. Therefore, you must be careful before buying LINE tokens. LINE points

LINE points can only be recharged and used in LINE STORE. They cannot be used in the LINE App sticker shop or theme shop. 1 LINE point is equivalent to NT$1, but the recharged LINE points themselves will give back some points, and using LINE Pay to recharge can give you up to 25% rewards.
If you spend a long time purchasing LINE stickers, emoticons or themes, it will be more cost-effective to recharge LINE points in LINE STORE than paying once for each purchase in LINE STORE.

For example, if you spend NT$100 on LINE STORE to recharge LINE points, plus the feedback points of 10 LINE points, you will get a total of 110 LINE points. Even if you only recharge a minimum of NT$50 today, you can still get 55 LINE points (including 5 LINE point rewards).
