Recently, AI fortune-telling tools have been multiplying, and besides the “Tianshu Destiny AgentRecently, I also came across this “AI Fortune Teller” that not only does fortune-telling but also tarot card readings. It’s completely free to use, has no ads on the webpage, and even claims to combine the essence of traditional divination with the advantages of modern technology to achieve increasingly accurate predictions.
AI Fortune Teller Introduction and Usage Guide
AI Fortune Teller is a free online tool for AI fortune telling and tarot card readings. For the fortune-telling part, you only need to provide your birth date, birth time, and gender to get started — no name required at all. The tarot card reading works like a chat with AI.
There are currently no restrictions on use; you can get fortune readings or tarot card readings as many times as you like. However, the developer has not disclosed what AI model is used behind the scenes, only saying that “the AI fortune-telling system combines traditional fortune-telling knowledge with advanced artificial intelligence technology, and is trained on large amounts of historical data to provide highly accurate fortune-telling analysis.”
I tested it and the output speed is pretty fast. As for accuracy, time will tell.
Once you’re on the AI Fortune Teller webpage, enter your birth date, birth time, and gender. For the date, if you want to use the lunar calendar, remember to switch the date type selector at the top to Lunar. The consultation question is optional—if you have a specific topic you’d like to ask about, be sure to enter it, and the results will be more accurate.
The birth time is a bit more troublesome. I believe many people aren’t really sure when they were born, and there’s no “don’t know” option provided, so they can only pick randomly:
After pressing “Start Fortune-Telling,” the content will begin to appear below. Since I didn’t fill in any questions, it will calculate the overall fortune, starting with a basic Eight Characters analysis:
Furthermore, there are fortune analysis and luck-boosting advice, much of it in classical Chinese, and the output is mainly in simplified Chinese. If you’re not used to it, you can add something like “answer in traditional Chinese” to your question (though I’m not sure if that works; I haven’t tested it):
Each topic gives specific advice, like what to do, which is pretty nice. For my luck-boosting advice, it tells me what activities I can do to attract good fortune—those related to fire, such as cooking. To avoid misfortune, I should steer clear of water-related activities, like swimming, hot springs, and so on.
But after all, it’s an AI, so sometimes this kind of glitch still happens—it keeps repeating the same output and then stops. When that happens, you just need to do the fortune-telling again.
Additionally, regarding the question-asking part, the developer said you can ask multiple questions at once, but recommends maintaining appropriate intervals for consultations on the same question, such as monthly or quarterly, to better track changes in fortune and the effectiveness of the advice.
Tarot card divination is much simpler—just type the question you want directly into the chat box (what to divine):
When I ask about my fortune for the year, the AI pretends to let me draw a card, then tells me what card I got and what it means. If this process could include animations, it would definitely be more fun.
After the divination, you can continue asking questions, like which parts of the content you’d like to understand better. Based on my answer, the AI calculated that I should avoid unnecessary risks, so I asked what those were, and it gave investment risk, wasteful spending, credit issues, and market volatility.
