Usage restrictions related to LINE photo albums

In addition, the system will set a monthly limit on the number of uploaded photos starting from 00:00 on September 1, 2023 (UTC+9/Japan time). The upload quantity limit will be recalculated starting from 00:00 on the 1st of every other month (UTC+9/Japan time). If the maximum number of photos that can be uploaded has been reached this month, you can upload photos again next month.
However, LINE officials did not explain the specific number of photos that can be uploaded to LINE albums every month from now on. They simply mentioned that “the system will support dynamic status adjustment” and that the new LINE album upload restriction policy will not affect the LINE album experience for most users.
The author has actually tested that after uploading at least 300 photos at one time, he can still upload more photos to the LINE album, but he does not know the maximum number of photos that can be uploaded.
In fact, this new upload specification is for the number of uploads to the “LINE Photo Album”. If the user chooses to upload photos directly in the LINE chat room, there is no such limit. Therefore, if you have some sporadic photos of your life, you might as well choose to upload them directly to the chat room! Reserve the monthly upload quota of your LINE photo album for some important selected photos! For most users, they probably won’t upload so many photos.
