As CarPlay becomes increasingly popular in mass car models, many commonly used messaging software has begun to support such in-vehicle systems – LINE, for example, is a service that has been supported very early. Microsoft announced that it will be able to extend support for corresponding screen display functions such as audio source recognition, facial dynamics and gesture changes powered by AI technology to more hardware brands such as Jabra, Neat, etc. And over the next few months, we’ll provide collaborative feature updates in the mobile app that will make it easier to access chat rooms, instant responses, subtitles, Microsoft Whiteboard, and room controls.

It is also planning to introduce a speaker guidance function that can control the pace of meetings through artificial intelligence in early 2022. It will also collaborate with PowerPoint in depth and add a “Cameo” presentation function that can be put into the Teams screen for explanations.

Microsoft Teams will bring this service to the in-car system this month. Voice conferencing support for CarPlay will begin. So even if you are driving, you can join an online voice conference. So if you are willing (will you be willing?), you can hold meetings even during commuting time.
