For example, if you want to go shopping in Xinyi District and want to park your car, the parking fees at department stores in this area are exorbitantly high, but the shared parking spaces at USPACE are much cheaper.
Users only need to search for the address they want to go to (or a landmark) on USPACE, and the map will display nearby shared parking spaces that can be reserved. All the billing rates, sharing time periods, single-day charging limit and other information of each shared parking space will be recorded in detail in the App. Users can select the parking space they want to rent and make reservations according to their own needs.

If you are sure you want to use the parking space, in order to avoid being snatched away by others on the way, just click “Reserve Parking Space” to reserve the parking space first. When you arrive at the parking space, first confirm the number of the parking space you rented, then press “Arrive at the parking space, lower the floor lock” on the App, the floor lock on the parking space will automatically lower, and then you can park the vehicle in the parking space! If you find that the floor lock does not actually go down after pressing the button, you can call or use USPACE’s official LINE account (LINE ID: @USPACE)Contact USPACE customer service for assistance in troubleshooting the issue. When the parking fee is used up and the vehicle is driven out of the parking space, you can press “Stop billing and raise the ground lock”. The fee will then be charged directly to your credit card or LINE Pay.
In response to the charging needs of many electric vehicle owners, the USPACE smart shared parking space recently launched the first “charging parking space” with charging piles. Although currently only one parking space at “Zhongxiao Fuxing Yard” has a charging pile, it is believed that more parking spaces will be available for rent on the USPACE platform in the future.
Take the Zhongxiao Fuxing Park (Lane 26, Section 4, Zhongxiao East Road, Taipei City), which is currently the only one that provides charging parking spaces, as an example. The charging parking spaces will have a green charging icon on the map landmark, and the charging icon will also be added to the parking space list for easy identification. The steps for using USPACE’s charging parking spaces are actually exactly the same as the above-mentioned process, and charging during the rental period of the charging parking space “is not charged for electricity and only requires parking fees.” It is very convenient for electric vehicle owners to have more charging parking space options!
However, generally non-electric vehicle owners of gasoline vehicles can actually rent electric parking spaces, and the rates are based on the price of electric vehicle parking spaces. Therefore, the author suggests that unless one is hard to find, charging parking spaces should be given priority to electric vehicle owners!
