After installing Tubelens, you need to sign in with your Google account. Click Sign in with Google:

While bilingual subtitles are great, there’s currently a bug where sometimes the translation becomes one long block instead of being translated according to each subtitle segment.
If you don’t want bilingual subtitles to appear, you can turn them off in the YouTube section of the backend settings menu.
