With less than 10 days to go until the Made by Google launch event, and just like before, the entire new Google Pixel 11 series has been leaked before the event even started! Following the image leaks of the Pixel 11 Pro Fold, Pixel 11, and Pixel 11 Pro, the final model, the Pixel 11 Pro XL, has now also been officially revealed.

Latest images of Pixel 11 Pro XL surface: glossy metallic finish, Pixel Glow lighting effect

According to Android Authority According to reports, Evan Blass has recently been releasing multiple images that appear to be official Google marketing materials. The first to surface was the Pixel 11 Pro Fold, followed by the standard Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro, and just earlier, the large-sized flagship Pixel 11 Pro XL also made its appearance, officially completing the entire Pixel 11 family.

This also means that this year’s Pixel 11 series still includes four models: the standard Pixel 11, the compact flagship Pixel 11 Pro, the large-size Pixel 11 Pro XL, and the Pixel 11 Pro Fold, which focuses on a foldable screen.

That said, there isn’t much new info about the Pixel 11 Pro XL this time—Evan Blass only shared four images, and they’re just 656 × 370 resolution, without the camera or detailed hardware specs seen in other phone leaks.

Based on the images, the Pixel 11 Pro will feature a more subdued matte finish, while the Pixel 11 Pro XL switches to a glossy metallic texture that reflects light more easily.

The matte finish is understated, and it’s less prone to visible fingerprints during everyday use. The glossy metal surface, on the other hand, is more eye-catching, using light reflection to create a stronger sense of premium quality.

Although the image resolution is not high, you can still see a small circular LED matrix in the Pixel 11 Pro XL’s camera bar, located in the area where previous Pro models had the infrared thermometer—that is, Pixel Glow:

When the front is facing down, the back uses soft lighting and colors to alert the user—such as calls from frequent contacts, or visual feedback during conversations with Gemini.

Later, Google also showcased this set of lights in the Pixel 11 Pro teaser material, showing multiple colors rotating around a circular area. However, a software engineer… Dylan Roussel Later, it was revealed that at launch it might not continue using Pixel Glow, but instead be renamed “HiLight”:

Besides the phone’s design and Pixel Glow, this batch of images also reveals again that Gemini Intelligence will be a key focus:

Google has confirmed on its official store page that the Pixel 11 will launch on August 12, with pre-orders also opening that day.
