Razer officially unveils its new mobile gaming controller, the Razer Prio. Designed for iPhone and Android devices, this lightweight foldable USB-C controller combines portable design with a full control experience, letting players jump into games anytime—whether commuting, waiting in line, or during any spare moment.

Razer Prio foldable mobile gaming controller — take it anywhere, play anytime

The Razer Prio features a rotating fold-out mechanism, allowing players to set it up and install their device in no time. When folded, the product measures approximately 107 x 67 x 23 mm and weighs just 101 grams, making it easy to slip into a pocket and carry anywhere. When unfolded, it supports smartphones up to 7 inches, including large flagship models such as the iPhone 17 Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra.

In terms of control configuration, the Razer Prio features a complete controller button layout, including low-profile analog sticks, tactile directional pad, primary action buttons, shoulder buttons, and trigger buttons—allowing players to enjoy familiar and precise gaming controls on mobile platforms. Its high-precision capacitive analog stick employs non-contact sensing technology, which not only enhances operational accuracy but also reduces mechanical wear and stick drift issues, further strengthening stability and durability during extended use.

For the connection, it uses a direct USB-C link to the phone, eliminating the need for Bluetooth pairing or additional charging while delivering low-latency and stable input response. The controller is also designed with everyday use in mind, supporting most thin to medium-thickness phone cases on the market, so players can jump straight into the game without removing their case.
To ensure a good experience in public settings, the Razer Prio features a silent tactile key design that effectively reduces key noise while maintaining clear feedback. Whether on the subway, bus, in a waiting room, or during class breaks, you can enjoy gaming freely without disturbing those around you.

In terms of compatibility, the Razer Prio supports iPhones running iOS 18 and devices with Android 14 or later. In addition to playing mobile games directly, it also supports major streaming services such as Xbox Cloud Gaming, Steam Link, and PS Remote Play. It can also connect to the PC version of the Razer Cortex app via Razer Cortex Mobile, using the Razer PC Remote Play feature to stream PC games to your phone.
Additionally, players can simply press the dedicated Razer Cortex Mobile hotkey to quickly access their personal game library, further enhancing the cross-platform gaming experience and convenience.

Razer stated that the launch of the Razer Prio demonstrates the brand’s deep understanding of mobile gamers’ needs. With its lightweight foldable design, precise control performance, and broad device and platform support, the Razer Prio enables players to make the most of every spare moment in life, entering the gaming world anytime to enjoy a complete and immersive mobile gaming experience.
The suggested retail price for the Razer Prio is NT$3,490, and it is now available at Razer.com, Razer Store, and authorized dealer channels.
