Threads launches desktop messaging function, supporting web browsers to send, receive, edit and manage messages

Threads, a very popular social service in Taiwan, has continued to grow in messaging usage following the recent launch of the messaging function in the app. Therefore, the complete desktop messaging experience has become one of the features that everyone has been asking for for a long time. Meta announced today (6th) that Threads will be officially launched globally threads.com Web version messaging function. From now on, you can send and receive text or multimedia messages, edit outgoing content, respond to friends’ messages with emoticons, and manage unfamiliar messages through your computer’s web browser, enjoying an interactive cross-device conversation experience.

Since the beginning of this year, the weekly message volume of the Threads platform has increased by 30%. Currently, an average of about 350 million messages are sent through the platform every week, showing that Threads has become an important channel for daily communication in the global community.
