Facebook further expands iOS night mode test to teach you how to easily confirm your edge level (wrong)

Although many people may not like the changes in the new layout, Facebook, which is always testing our “edge level” through various new layouts, has no plans to continue testing in this regard (in what aspect?) after the new layout that supports the dark mode theme is fully launched on the desktop version. It feels that it is not far away from the full launch of the real mobile version. Starting today, it has been confirmed that the originalTest scope for a small group of people, began to enter a more general public beta stage. The news of the expanded open beta this time was announced on Twitter by Jane Manchun Wong, who often qualified for testing and shared her experiences on social media pages. The information of the expanded open beta was revealed by an official private message on Twitter – because she seemed to be tired of being asked about this feature XD, but announcing it on Twitter really means grabbing users.

This is Dark Mode support that changes the Facebook main application layout theme from “Day” to “Night”. I believe that if everyone is using a desktop computer, they will be very familiar with it. However, for users who always like to scroll through Facebook to care about their friends before going to bed, there is an urgent need to be able to obtain a less dazzling black theme on mobile phones compared to desktop computers.

If you want to confirm whether you are a marginalized person and whether you have obtained this feature in the iOS version, you can try the following steps – please remember to swipe the App Store to confirm that your Facebook app is the latest version:

1. Click to open the “three” horizontal line button in the Facebook app (the current version I have is in the lower right corner of the screen) — But Facebook likes to adjust UI buttons, so you may have to find them yourself)
2. Swipe down the screen and select “Settings & Privacy > Settings”
3. If there is Dark Mode/Night Mode in the options, click to activate it.

Then the editor did not receive it (T T). In addition to the on and off options in this setting, you can also choose to switch according to system options. I wonder if any of you have entered the public beta list? You can use this method to confirm.
