Monk Mode is a very easy-to-use free ambient sound app for Android. It has three built-in commonly used modes, namely “Relaxation”, “Meditation” and “Work”, allowing you to quickly click to listen, and with each click, it will automatically switch to other sound combinations, so you don’t have to worry about getting tired of listening. Of course, you can also decide which ambient sounds to turn on, such as: rain, forest, water droplets, wind, etc. What’s even better is that it’s not only completely free but also has no ads, which is amazing.

Introduction to Monk Mode Free Android Ambient Sound App
After opening the Monk Mode App, you can directly click on the three modes above to listen: “Relax”, “Monk Meditation (or Monk)” or “Work”. The App also recommends using headphones for the best listening process:

After I click Relax, the following will automatically combine the appropriate ambient sound. If it lights up, it means it is enabled, and you can adjust the individual volume yourself:

If you don’t like this ambient sound combination, you can click Relax (or other) again and it will automatically change to another combination, so you don’t have to worry about getting tired of listening to it, it will be different every time you listen to it:

I originally thought that since it was a random combination, it might not be the same in any mode (?) However, after I tried Monk meditation, it did sound different. Relax has a lot of nature sounds, and there are at least three combinations. Monk also has nature sounds, but there are almost only 2 of them, and they choose the kind of ambient sound combination that will make people feel calm and stable (such as the sound of water drops):

If you want to stop playback, press the “Refresh” icon in the upper right corner, which will reset it. To temporarily stop playing, please click the sound icon. The sound will become muted. Click it again and the sound will be played again without interrupting the currently playing ambient sound:

Of course, you can also decide which ambient sounds you want to listen to. There are 14 choices in total, including rain, thunderstorm, forest, wind, water droplets, campfire, bird calls, beach, waterfall, wind chimes, pink noise, brown noise, 432hz Bi Neural and 528hz Bi Neural. Each one can be adjusted individually:
