As mobile work and digital nomadism gradually become mainstream, laptops’ “ultimate lightweight design” and “color personalization” have once again become focal points of competition among major brands. Acer has fully expanded its Swift series lineup this year. After unveiling the featherweight Swift Air series and the Swift Blade series, it dropped another major bombshell today by officially launching the all-new Swift Blade 14 (SFB14-53CF).

Under 800 grams—the ultimate lightweight limit! Acer Swift Blade 14 makes its featherweight debut, strengthening the high-mobility lineup.
The Swift Blade 14 can be more than 20% lighter than most comparable products on the market, and the key lies in a leap in materials engineering. The chassis is built from a magnesium-aluminum alloy and carbon fiber composite, balancing extreme lightness with structural rigidity, and is designed for the “highly mobile” crowd moving between cafés, business travel, and campuses.

While pursuing extreme lightness, performance and visual presentation are equally uncompromising. The Swift Blade 14 offers a quite complete hardware combination in its specifications:
- Up to a 14-inch 3K OLED display, featuring a 16:10 aspect ratio, 90% screen-to-body ratio, 4.3 mm ultra-narrow bezels, and 100% DCI-P3 wide color gamut, making image editing and audiovisual entertainment more immersive.
- Equipped with up to an Intel Core 7 Processor 350, 12GB LPDDR5 memory, and a 1TB NVMe SSD, and with deeper integration of Windows 11 and the Microsoft Copilot AI assistant, it significantly improves document organization and everyday work efficiency.
- It features a built-in 50Wh battery, three USB Type-C ports, a backlit keyboard, a large precision touchpad, and an FHD webcam with a physical privacy shutter.
The first batch of Swift Blade 14 models equipped with a 3K OLED display and 512GB SSD is expected to officially go on sale in December, with a suggested retail price of NT$ 39,999.

In addition to the top-tier Blade series, amid the Double 11 upgrade rush, Acer has also launched a buzzy new color, “Burgundy Red,” for the Swift Air 14, which combines style and value, tapping into the premium fashion hues popular in recent years. The Swift Air 14 currently targets the mainstream 1 kg segment, offering two main choices:
- AMD platform: equipped with a Ryzen AI 5 330 processor, 16GB RAM / 512GB SSD, suggested retail price NT$34,900.
- Intel platform: equipped with a Core Ultra 5 125H processor, 16GB RAM / 512GB SSD, suggested retail price NT$ 37,900.

Currently, the Swift series has grown to more than 20 models, spanning 14 to 16 inches, with a price range that fully covers NT$20,000 to over NT$50,000. Through its dual approach of “ultra-light craftsmanship” and “colorful aesthetics,” Acer has once again consolidated its strong product leadership in the highly competitive thin-and-light laptop market.
