And on May 15, Caught Up Entertainment officially released AI Chu Ke-liang’s first single on YouTube.Father’s Wordsand stated in the video description that Taiwan’s comedy king has officially made his comeback.“Father’s Words” was written by Chu Ko-liang’s eldest son, Hsieh Shun-fu, who hoped to recreate Chu Ko-liang’s classic tone through this song.
In the MV for “Ah-Ba’s Words,” besides actor Tu Shan-cun, who plays both the father and the grown-up son, and child star Li Xing-wei, the AI-generated figure of Chu Ko-liang also appears intermittently throughout the MV.
Applause Entertainment stated that the AI Chu Ko-liang single is just one part of the initiative. In the future, they will combine investments from film production houses and television stations to launch a series of “AI Chu Ko-liang” short videos and variety shows, continuing to showcase Chu Ko-liang’s boundless charm.
Regarding the appearance of AI Chu Ke-liang, YouTube commenters said that Brother Chu is back, and it feels like he’s still with us. Some netizens even said they’re already looking forward to next year’s Lunar New Year movie. It’s clear that people aren’t put off by the arrival of AI Chu Ke-liang.
