Zhiyuan Robotics, a startup founded by Bilibili video creator Zhihuijun, recently launched a new bipedal intelligent humanoid robot, the “Lingxi X2.” The Lingxi X2’s system consists of the Xyber-Edge cerebellum controller, Xyber-DCU domain controller, Xyber-BMS intelligent power management system, and PowerFlow core joint module. The robot’s body is made of flexible materials, making the Lingxi X2 more impact-resistant.
The Lingxi X2 has a total of 28 degrees of freedom across its body with no parallel structures, making it more agile and enabling higher motion precision for better athletic performance. Equipped with a Diffusion-based generative motion engine, the Lingxi X2 can not only perform simple actions such as walking, running, and squatting while carrying weight, but it can also handle behaviors rarely seen in other robots, such as riding a balance scooter or cycling a bicycle.
Zhiyuan Robotics has also specially customized a multimodal interaction large model called “Silicon-Light Dynamic Speech” for Lingxi X2, making it a humanoid robot with complex interaction capabilities.
