For users who use Google Fit or Fitbit services for fitness or health monitoring. Following our steps, it should be easier to obtain Google Fit or Fitbit-related health and fitness information through simple voice commands or functions through devices that support Google Assistant, including Android and iOS mobile devices, or even Nest Hub smart displays or smart speakers.

Open the Google Home app or an app that has access to Google Voice Assistant settings. Now in the “Health” section of the voice assistant settings, you will be able to choose to connect to the Google Fit service in the “Activity” and “Sleep” items (the former’s activity section also includes Fitbit from the same group).
The functions that can be used here are actually quite diverse. For example, you can ask how many steps you have taken on a specific day, how many calories you have burned, and even the latest refresh rate data you have measured – it is quite convenient to be able to specify a specific date!
