Just like the name suggests, it’s an OTT (over-the-top) streaming service launched by Taiwan’s Public Television Service. You just need to register an account, and almost all the videos on the site can be watched online for free. Not only does it have a large number of original Taiwanese programs, but it also has a dedicated “Little PTS” (小公視) section for kids, where you can find many cartoons that children will love, such as Chibi Maruko-chan, Snoopy’s Happy Summer Camp, Mob Psycho 100, and more. It’s definitely worth bookmarking.
Introduction to PTS+
PTS+ is an online video platform created by Taiwan Public Television Service, focusing on original Taiwanese影视 content, allowing viewers to watch programs anytime through computers, phones, tablets, or TVs without being tied to the television set. The platform offers a diverse range of content, including Taiwanese dramas, mini-series, documentaries, films, news and current affairs, children’s programs, lifestyle knowledge, arts and cultural content, and sports events. Whether you enjoy binge-watching shows, care about public issues, or want to find quality programs for your children, you can find it all here.
Compared to video platforms that focus mainly on commercial entertainment content, PTS+ places greater emphasis on stories about Taiwanese society, culture, and the land. In addition to PTS’s own classic productions and latest programs, it also features quality films provided by domestic and international public media, film festivals, and partner organizations. Some documentaries, student drama exhibitions, and life drama exhibition works that were previously difficult to find online may also have a chance to be seen on the platform.
Most videos are free to watch, and there are some paid programs or programs with viewing time limits, but these are few. Due to differing licensing terms, most content is only available for viewing in Taiwan. In addition to the web version, apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android are also available.

After logging into your account, you can start searching for videos you want to watch! At the bottom of the homepage, you’ll find some recommended and popular video lists. The main categories are at the top, including Little PTS, Drama Series, Current Events & Documentaries, Lifestyle & Arts, Live Streaming, and My Playlist. This means you can add videos you’re interested in to your playlist for quick access later.
小公視 is the kids zone, and animated videos can also be found here. There are many well-known videos, such as: Chibi Maruko-chan (Taiwanese version), Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, Mob Psycho 100, Haikyu!! The Dumpster Battle, Pork Chop Spy (bilingual version), and more. There are even categories based on suitable age, including for under 6, ages 6 to 12, and ages 12 and up:

Also, one thing worth noting is that some videos offer multiple dubbing languages—for instance, this series, Frieren, has a Taiwanese Hokkien version and a bilingual (Mandarin/Japanese) version. Remember to set that up before playing.
