To experience Le Chat, you first need to register an account. After registering, you’ll see the screen shown in the image below. In the conversation box, you can see three options: Canvas, Web Search, and Image generation. If you have no special needs, you can just use Le Chat directly.
- Le Chat Canvas Feature
Canvas is a new interface for collaborating with AI, created by Mistral AI for Le Chat. Canvas lets you edit and modify content generated by Le Chat. For example, you can ask for a more detailed answer on a specific section of the content.
- Le Chat Web Search Feature
The Web Search feature can help you read and organize content from web pages, such as pasting a link to an article and asking Le Chat to summarize the article’s key points:
- Le Chat’s image generation feature
Users can use Le Chat’s Image generation feature to generate images. Le Chat’s image generation is powered by Flux Pro from Black Forest Labs. The generated images look great, but it cannot generate any sensitive content, which makes it quite limited in use.
Besides the features mentioned above, Le Chat can also understand images, allowing it to translate the content within images for you.
