As for how to turn on this feature? First go to “Settings”, then select “Accessibility” > “Audio/Visual” > “Background Sound”.

Then turn on “Background Sound”. After turning it on, you can click “Sound” to choose various background sounds such as “Balanced Noise”, “Bright Noise”, “Dark Noise”, “Ocean”, “Rain” or “River”. In addition, users can also drag the slider in the settings to adjust the volume of the background sound, or set the background sound to automatically turn off when the iPhone plays media.
