Macintosh.js is a system emulator that reminds you of Mac OS 8 in the 1990s. It is supported by Windows, Mac and Linux, and does not require installation of anything or technical background. Although the Mac OS Info Center on the desktop will open the browser, I actually tested that it was unable to connect to the Internet and could only view the instruction guide (after all, the Internet technology used 30 years ago was very different from today):
