Google Podcasts comes to iOS, so listen to radio shows!
After downloading Google Podcasts, you can start using it with a Google account that is already logged in to other Google apps on iOS. After entering, you can see the favorite page (it will be blank when you first start using it):
There is a lot of content that you can subscribe to or listen to directly, and there are various types including comedy, culture, news, art, etc.:
In the playback interface, in the upper left corner, you can choose to playback to Google Home / Google Nest devices at home:
Playback also supports speeding up and slowing down (which is quite fun when listening to music), and you can skip silent parts. If you are afraid of falling asleep, the app also provides you with a sleep timer function – you can also set it to automatically stop “when the program ends”:
The basic settings include a switch for personalized recommended content, and you can also set it to automatically play content in the to-be-played list. In fact, when using it, if you close the app directly, an interface will appear when you open it again to let you continue playing, which is very considerate. The third main tab on the far right at the bottom allows you to manage items to be played and downloaded. Your listening history and subscriptions can also be managed here:
