The Yahoo App, which integrates diverse content including news, finance, and sports, is launching the “AI Bot Assistant” Beta version. Through an AI-guided Q&A interface and interactive cards, users simply tap on suggested questions to quickly explore daily news highlights, lifestyle updates, and stock market trends, mastering key news in just 1 minute.
- Yahoo Listen to News
Every morning, afternoon, and evening, AI instantly curates the most important news from all Yahoo categories and distills it into 5 key highlights, rewritten in conversational language perfect for listening—so you can stay informed in just 3 minutes. Plus, you can freely switch between text and voice playback based on your situation, letting you catch up on information anytime during fragmented moments like your commute.

Yahoo has expanded its AI-powered event summary feature to include sports, stock market, and other topic categories. The AI automatically organizes event backgrounds, developments, and subsequent changes, helping users quickly understand the full picture of events and their key implications.
Additionally, Yahoo has been rolling out multiple AI applications since March this year, covering scenarios such as news reading, content interaction, and entertainment experiences.
