A. Billing cycle adjustment:
The original payment deadlines for Taiwan Mobile were February 25 and February 27, which were both extended to March 2; the February 28 due date was adjusted to March 4; for users whose due dates were originally scheduled for March 2 and March 4, the payment deadline was extended to March 5.
B. Telecommunications store business hours during the Spring Festival holiday:
During the Spring Festival, major myfone stores in Taiwan will adjust their business hours according to store type from New Year’s Eve to the third day of the Lunar New Year, and some directly operated/franchised stores will be closed.
On New Year’s Eve, February 16, directly operated stores will open at 10:30 p.m., and franchised stores will open at the same time, but the closing time of both directly operated and franchised stores will be advanced to 4:30 p.m.: from the first to the third day of the lunar month (2/17~2/19). The original due date for Far EasTone Telecommunications bills is February 15, which can be extended to February 22; the due date on February 19 is adjusted to February 23; the due date on February 21 is extended to February 26; the due date on February 23 is adjusted to February 27. For former Asia Pacific Telecom users, the original payment deadline is February 15th, and they can pay again on February 23rd at the latest.
