Generative AI is rapidly reshaping the talent structure of the global technology industry. According to the latest market survey, up to 79.8% of enterprises have introduced AI technology (Note 1). With the trend of deep integration of AI and enterprise operations, software engineers with practical AI capabilities have become the core key for enterprises to maintain innovation and operational resilience. Faced with the new information security challenges brought by AI, Trend Micro (TYO: 4704), Asia’s largest pure software company and global information security leader, leverages more than 20 years of AI R&D heritage and announced the full launch of the 2026 campus talent recruitment plan in March this year. Targeting experts who can transform cutting-edge AI technologies into substantial defense capabilities will expand Taiwan’s strategic advantage as its global R&D core.
