The MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI+ makes a blockbuster debut as a flagship laptop powered by the NVIDIA RTX Spark platform, leading a new era of agentic AI.

MSI (2377) today announced that its most powerful 2-in-1 laptop, the MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI+, is now available for pre-order. Powered by the NVIDIA RTX Spark platform, it delivers up to 1 Petaflop of FP4 AI compute and 128GB of unified memory. Two memory configurations, 64GB and 128GB, are available in Taiwan, priced at NT$139,900 and NT$239,900 respectively. MSI emphasized that this model is the only 2-in-1 convertible among the first wave of RTX Spark laptops, and the only one with a touchscreen and support for a dedicated stylus.

RTX Spark is NVIDIA’s Windows on Arm superchip announced at Computex 2026, integrating an NVIDIA Grace CPU with a Blackwell RTX GPU via NVLink C2C. The MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI+ is designed specifically for running large AI models locally, without relying on the cloud. Its 128GB unified memory is shared by the CPU and GPU, and official examples show it can handle complex 3D projects and high-resolution video and audio assets up to 90GB. NVIDIA claims that the RTX Spark platform can run large language models with more than 120 billion parameters on-device, supporting long-running agent tasks with context lengths of up to one million tokens.
