Having said that, I tested the free version and it was sufficient. It can be parsed and downloaded 5 times a day (should be this number). Each video is also high-resolution. The download speed is not super slow, but it is acceptable.
And the way I tested it to detect the number of downloads was through IP, and the representative said that if you have a VPN, you can easily overcome this limitation.

Each click adds ten parsing times.” Some shared links have different IP addresses. This means that you can get almost unlimited parsing through VPN. Copy the URL, connect to the VPN server to change the IP, and paste the URL to add 10 times:
