Not only are there a lot of them, but they are all free, and they can even be used for commercial purposes.
“Farmer イラスト” provides free Japanese hand-painted materials related to farmers and crops.
Although all the materials of Farmer Yurasto are free to use, the downloading process is a little more troublesome. You must register an account, and you can download it after registration. Moreover, the whole process is somewhat similar to the concept of shopping. You do not download directly from the material page, which is very different from other websites.
