Ransomware is a well-known threat that can disrupt businesses and cause real problems for everyday people. For most Google Workspace business customers, this feature comes at no extra cost; personal users can also access file recovery features without paying extra. At present, there is no word on whether Google will extend similar protections to its enterprise cloud storage products.
