First, select “Shipment/Shopping” on the ibon main screen.
Then select “Black Cat Delivery Service”.
Since we have already filled out the consignment form online, we can directly select “QR Code Printing Form” to proceed to the next step. If you want to use ibon to send Black Cat Delivery parcels directly at the site, you can also click “I want to send” on the left and use the ibon machine to enter the sender and recipient information. However, I personally do not recommend entering it onsite at ibon. In addition to the time-consuming operation, which may affect other consumers who also want to use it, the filling time is still not as fast as using LINE to fill in the form online.
After selecting “QR Code Printing Order”, the next step is to open the printing order QR Code on your mobile phone and scan it in the sensing area of the ibon machine.
After successful scanning, the shipping related information will be displayed on the ibon screen. Here you can double-check whether the content is correct. If there is no problem, you can click “Confirm” to proceed to the next step and print the order directly.
At this time, ibon prints the shipping note, which is located at the bottom of the screen.
Just peel off the backing tape of the consignment note and stick it on the package, and then you can take it to the counter to pay the store staff! Also because this time I chose “Collect Delivery Delivery” and the recipient paid the shipping fee, so I only had to scan it and it was sent!
How to check the status of parcel shipment? Has the other party received it?
After the package was sent, did the other party successfully receive the package? In the past, we had to keep the physical documents and check the consignment note number on the package at the Black Cat Delivery official website. But now you can directly check the latest status of your package on LINE. Enter the 10- or 12-digit number on the consignment note to directly know the current status of the package. If you want to know more about the delivery time of each stage of the order, you can check the shipping order. I would also like to remind you that you cannot check the package immediately after it has just been delivered! It is recommended that you go back the next day to check the status of the package.
When will my package arrive? What should I do if I can’t sign for it?
If a package is delivered to your residence during normal work hours, the official Black Cat Delivery LINE account will also push notifications to remind you that a package is scheduled to arrive today. If it is not convenient to pick up the goods today, just click “I am not at home and want to change the delivery date” and tell the home delivery staff that you want to change the delivery date.
