Although for now, most work and study should have returned to normal, unlike the chaos at the beginning of the epidemic. But if you still rely heavily on Google Meet and are a heavy user of online meetings, I believe that in the past, it must have been very painful to deal with subsequent sharing of relevant data – even if you have handled it through the Google Cloud work three treasures, Google Docs/Google Spreadsheet/Google Presentation, which relatively do not need to transfer files. However, online meetings still require additional sharing of this information, and it is often easy to overlook it when you are busy!

When you start a Google Meet meeting and share data from Google Docs/Google Spreadsheet/Google Presentation, you can now quickly share it to the ongoing video conference simply through the buttons on the presentation interface. The point is, you can also quickly set permissions for different members in a list. In this way, you no longer have to fill in the information in advance or after a meeting as in the past – even if you use Google services, you still have to slowly find contacts to share… Oh, by the way, this time Google also has a small update for Google Spreadsheet (picture below), which will allow you to adjust the size of the subfield on the right side of the Pivot Table, making it easier to use related editing functions.
For the search function that Google is best at, they have fully introduced several new-generation search functions that have been tested on platforms including apps into the web version of Gmail.
Gmail’s search feature will now use previous search history to analyze the message information you want to find. In addition, during the process of searching for information, the search function will also proactively provide you with relevant recommendations for additional search strings. And it will not just guess based on popular search keywords, but will refer to messages, contacts, tags and past search data to help filter and narrow down the content of the letters you may be looking for.
