OpenAI announced that the video and screen sharing features of ChatGPT’s Advanced Voice Mode will be rolled out to most countries within a few days. Unsurprisingly, they will also be limited to paid subscribers, including ChatGPT Plus, ChatGPT Pro, and all Team users, since the free tier doesn’t have access to Advanced Voice Mode either.
The usage is also very simple. After opening the ChatGPT app on iOS or Android, enable Advanced Voice Mode, and you’ll see an extra video icon in the bottom left corner. Tap it to activate. By default, it uses the rear camera, and you can switch to the front-facing camera as needed:
