Speaking of which, this Reels function can easily create creative short films of 15 to 60 seconds, although elements such as straight videos seem to be very “limited time dynamics”. However, according to Meta’s official statement, at least Instagram will provide creators with the possibility to generate revenue for this project. And due to the official promotion power announced, even if no specific profits have been seen, the relatively optimistic fan reach characteristics, relatively speaking, the motivation for using Reels, I believe that most friends who use IG will be relatively higher.
In the new interface, you can see that the “+” button to create videos/photos/limited-time animations, which was originally located in the center of the bottom toolbar, has now been moved to the upper right corner – this button has become a section exclusive to Reels (eh, will it also have limited-time animations? I’m not sure). However, all creation functions are concentrated in the “+” interface in the upper right corner, which is actually relatively simple and clear:

The interface for adjusting the volume is quite intuitive, and you can also select the cover of the video like a limited-time dynamic (you can add other cover images by yourself):
Did a little digging into the settings. If circumstances permit (I believe many people in Taiwan have all-you-can-eat?), it is recommended that you choose to upload high-definition content, which should make the quality of Reels better:
Finally, I personally think the best thing about Reels is that this continuous short film content can actually appear in the news timeline. It means that Instagram is really working hard to promote this feature – after all, it has its own dedicated section that can be switched by sliding up and down.
