Chunghwa Post recently launched a new version of the Chunghwa Post “Mobile Post Office” APP. The functional structure has been reorganized and biometric technology or graphic passwords are provided for quick login, making it more convenient to use the APP.

Chunghwa Post’s “e-Post Office” APP has been updated to integrate functions such as “Cardless Withdrawal” and “Post Office Online Number Collection”
The updated “Mobile Post Office” APP has simplified and consolidated many functions, and frequently used functions can be customized directly on the homepage.

Since the “Mobile Post Office” APP has introduced a password-less service, in addition to logging in with a user ID and network password at the beginning, biometrics or graphic passwords can be turned on in the settings later to log in quickly. Related transactions such as transfers or payments can also be quickly confirmed, reducing the number of steps to enter a transaction password.

After logging in to the “Mobile Post Office” APP, you can also directly turn on or off the card’s “cardless withdrawal” through the APP, set up the postal VISA debit card “online credit card swiping, foreign transactions, increase the limit”, provide personalized accounting and card swiping notifications and other functions, but the device must be bound first.

Among other functional pages linked to the official website of Chunghwa Post, the most commonly used one may be “Post Office Online Number Picking”. Now you can quickly search for nearby post offices through the APP and directly operate the online number picking.

Information such as “postal code” that many people often use on the Chunghwa Post official website can now also be searched through the “Mail Tracking” function in the “Mobile Post Office” APP, eliminating the need to go to the official website every time.

In conjunction with the launch of the new version of the “e-Post Office” APP, Chunghwa Post has also launched a lottery. Until May 31, people who download the e-Post Office APP and complete designated tasks will have the chance to win prizes such as gold ingots worth NT$23,000, i-mail order shopping credits of NT$20,000, and supermarket virtual merchandise cards of NT$1,000.

Chunghwa Post has successively launched “Postal Digital Deposit Accounts” and launched the “Mobile Post Office” APP to make withdrawals and transfers from postal accounts more convenient. People who are using postal accounts can also consider using these digital services.
