Whenever a new year comes, many people will definitely want to sort out their Facebook friend lists and delete some friends with whom they have no interaction. We have previously introduced a Facebook Friend Mining It can be used to find friends who don’t interact often/are not interacting with each other. However, this is a third-party tool (and it can no longer be used). Many people may be worried about security and privacy issues. The good news is that Facebook finally has this function. Now you can use it by opening the Facebook App on iPhone, but the web version and Android are not yet available, and they should be added later.

Facebook’s built-in minimum interaction check function allows you to quickly clear your ghost friend list
Before you start, remember to confirm that your Facebook has been updated to the latest version. If you are not sure, open the App Store to check whether there is an update. If it shows “open”, it means it is the latest version. The latest version is currently 348.2.
After opening the Facebook App, go to your personal page and click “See all friends” under Friends:

You will enter this screen, click “Manage” in the upper right corner:

Then in the category above, you can see the “Minimal Interaction” option:

After clicking in, you can browse the list of all friends with the least interaction, and deletion is also very simple, just click on the right to cancel the friend relationship:

It also supports selecting multiple friends and unfriending them at one time:

However, it is still unclear what Facebook’s judgment mechanism is. Is it because you haven’t left a message or liked it for a long time? Does it have anything to do with the time I publish new updates? Because I tested it, some people who often leave messages on my graffiti wall are also on the list, and it takes a long time for me to post new updates. It has been more than a week since the last update, so I guess it has something to do with time, but it does not take into account the frequency of my posts, so I don’t think the accuracy is very high.
It is not yet certain when this feature will be added to the web version and Android.
