This new calendar default event option is called “Focus Time.” At first glance, you might think it pays homage to the focus mode of iOS/iPadOS. But in fact, Google Calendar will add it to Workspace’s four activity items including “Activities, Out of Office, Work, and Appointment Time”, becoming the fifth option.

The focus time (Focus Time. Temporary translation, because this feature has not yet appeared in my Workspace) option is somewhat close to the meaning and function of “out of office”.
