For the protection part, they used nearly 3,000 malware and 3,300 malicious applications to attack. The results showed that Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, G DATA, and NortonLifeLock were all 100% protected, followed by AhnLab, F-Secure, Kaspersky, and McAfee. There were errors in one or two of them, but AV-TEST still gave the above models a full score of 6 points.
The performance of the remaining Avira, Ikarus, Protected.net and securiON is actually not bad, also reaching a detection rate of 99.1% ~ 99.9%, so they also have 5.5 points. Google Play Protect is relatively poor, detecting only 85.2% of known threats, and the real-time test of new threats dropped to 61.6%:

Only Ikarus and Google Play Protect did not get full marks. Ikarus misjudged one app as a malicious app, while Google Play Protect misjudged more.
