Apple issued a document on its official website today stating that a very small number of Apple Watch Series 5 and Apple Watch SE will be unable to charge when running watchOS 7.2 or 7.3 version system and enter “power saving mode”. It was announced that the latest version of the operating system watchOS 7.3.1 will be released today. It means that as long as you update to this version of the system, this situation will no longer occur.
Apple officials stated that it is recommended that Apple Watch Series 5 and Apple Watch SE that originally have problems should first place the watch on a commonly used charger and “wait for at least 30 minutes” after updating the system. If it still cannot be charged, you can contact Apple officials for repair.
