Since Apple announced that its Mac series will switch from Intel processors to its own processors, there have been more rumors about when Apple will launch a new architecture Mac. However, some clues seem to have been discovered recently. Some netizens discovered that Apple’s new battery was registered in two certification agencies in Denmark and China recently. The 4,380mAh battery model A2389 looks like it could be used in an iPad or iPhone, but the wattage of the battery is actually 49.9 Wh. This can be inferred that at least this battery should be used in a certain Mac product, and at least a Macbook will use materials of this specification. Based on this inference, we may be able to see some clues about the next Macbook:

▲Apple’s next laptop is definitely ready for release. Just guessing from the battery specifications, which one will it be?
A foreign Twitter user Venkatesh Babu.G(@smartvenkat95)Recently, a certified Apple battery material was discovered. The material’s information appeared in the Danish certification agency UL Demko and China’s 3C (China Compulsory Certificate) certification database. It has obviously passed the verification of both parties. Although the capacity of this battery is not very large, judging from the specifications, it is likely to be a battery for Macbook. From this point of view, perhaps Apple has already prepared to launch its new computer products in the near future, and it may not be just a matter of time.
The specifications are similar to Macbook Air. Could it also be used in Apple Silicon models?
What matters is the capacity. 4,380 mAh is not big among laptop batteries, it is probably the level used in Macbook Air. If it is a 16-inch Macbook Pro, it will have a battery with a capacity of more than 8,000 mAh. If you switch to a 13-inch Macbook Air, the battery used will be 5,000 mAh. Judging from this, this battery with just over 4,000 mAh may be a model with a lower positioning than the Macbook Air, or a processor with relatively less power-hungry specifications. Like based on Apple Silicon processors:

If Apple is going to launch a Macbook product based on this battery, which will be positioned under the 13-inch Macbook Air, then this laptop may be a laptop with a smaller screen, such as a 12-inch Macbook. On the other hand, Apple has also mentioned that it will launch the first Macbook computer based on Apple’s homemade processor within this year, so the final destination of this battery will theoretically be used in Apple’s first laptop with a homemade processor.
It’s just curious that Apple will let this homemade processor be used in a Macbook of that level. Well-known analyst Ming-Chi Kuo believes that the processor is likely to be used in the 13-inch Macbook Air model, but some people hope that the processor should be reserved for the new 12-inch Macbook series.
anyway. We know at least one thing. That is, Apple’s new laptop is apparently almost ready to launch. As for whether it is the rumored Apple Silicon model, let us wait and see.
