I finally saw someone updating before the end of May, but I have not received an update notification. Just use the “Windows 10 Update Helper” to solve the problem! In fact, Microsoft has also launched a MediaCreationTool that can be directly installed and upgraded. This tool is different fromA little helper for online upgrades, because in addition to direct upgrade, it can also be made into installation media for another computer, which is a USB flash drive, CD or ISO file. Use media tools to upgrade Windows 10 version 2004
This 2004 version (OS build 19041) can be said to be the first major update in 2020. It will be pushed out one after another on May 27. However, not every machine will receive the update notification so quickly because Microsoft has released the update file in advance. You don’t have to wait for Microsoft to push it. You can download and upgrade the 2004 version manually just by manually. You can directly upgrade online directly on the webpage published by Microsoft, or download the “Media Creation Tool” to upgrade. The author likes to use the media creation tool because it can also create a USB bootable installation disk. Because if you want to install the Windows 10 system on any computer, a flash disk is the best tool.

The 2004 after the downloaded file name indicates that it is the Windows 10 2004 version of the media tool. Please right-click the mouse and click “Content”.
Check the [Details] tab and make sure the version is 10.0.19041.1 or higher.
Next, to execute this tool, I usually right-click the mouse and select “Run as system administrator” to execute it. When the following confirmation screen appears, press [Yes] to continue (if you want to remove this warning, please refer to “Talking about User Account Control (UAC) in Windows 8/10″article).
The first screen of the execution is an explanation of the media tool licensing terms, no need to read anymore! Of course, press [Accept].
When the execution media appears as shown below, if this machine wants to upgrade to Windows 10 2004 version (OS build 19041), you can click “Upgrade this PC now”, and the action is the same as usingWindows 10 update helperSame. But what should I do if I want to install the new Windows 10 2004 version on other computers? It’s very simple. You can also use media tools to easily create ISO format files. Please select “Create installation media for another computer (USB flash drive, DVD or ISO file” and click [Next] to continue.
Select the language, version and architecture you want. Architecture refers to 32 or 64-bit. The default values will bring up suggestions for your current system.
The next step is to choose the method of creating media. After all, the current installation has been from a CD drive to a pen drive. If you have extra USB flash drives, you can use a “USB flash drive” to create a bootable Windows 10 USB installation disk.
It will quickly catch the flash drive you put in. If you have multiple USB external devices, please choose carefully.
After selecting to create a USB installation disk, you can then see the progress of creating a Windows 10 boot disk.
After completion, “Your USB flash drive is ready” will appear, indicating that this flash drive can be used as a bootable Windows 10 installation disk.
However, in order to save and install the virtual machine, the author chose the ISO file format.
Specify the file name and storage location and click [Archive].
After the download is completed, you will see the ISO file location and file name. At this time, you can also start the DBD burner to create a disc, and finally click [Finish] to end the program. Windows as a Service mode was launched after Windows 10, so users using Windows 10 have some resistance to its automatic upgrade.
