A user named @lanevychs, who was originally a cinematographer, later joined the Ukrainian military after being drafted. He recently shared his story on X, posting two photos of an M1 MacBook Air. As seen in the images, there is a large dent in the center of the laptop’s body. This dent was caused by shrapnel that the laptop deflected on the battlefield. If he hadn’t had this M1 MacBook Air at the time, the consequences could have been fatal. In the comments, he jokingly wrote, “What’s the ballistic protection rating of the MacBook Air (M1)?”
