Apple today introduced the new-generation Apple TV 4K, comprehensively elevating living room entertainment and the smart home experience. The new device upgrades to Siri AI powered by Apple Intelligence, combining a new full-screen conversational interface with built-in far-field microphones, letting users easily search, explore, and play their favorite film and TV content without lifting a finger. In addition, with the significantly boosted performance of the A19 chip and new four-channel HomePod surround sound support, it officially takes the home theater experience to new heights.

Powered by the new generation of Apple Intelligence, the all-new Siri can accurately understand personal context and knowledge base, delivering smoother, more natural conversations. Users can directly ask about a specific show’s award history, filming locations, or rating suggestions, and answers appear in a concise overlay that doesn’t interrupt viewing at all. Combined with personalized context on iPhone, it can even directly understand complex commands such as “play the show Alinda recommended.”

For the first time, it features three built-in far-field microphones and advanced echo cancellation technology that automatically separates voices from background noise. Even while music or movies are playing, it can accurately recognize “Siri” or “Hey Siri” voice commands, completely freeing your hands.
- A19 chip’s powerful performance and dedicated AV1 decoding
Featuring the all-new A19 chip, CPU performance is up to 50% faster and GPU performance is doubled, delivering incredibly smooth menu navigation and animations. The newly added dedicated AV1 hardware decoder enables higher-quality streaming at lower bandwidth. - The Siri Remote supports Precision Finding.
The remote continues the classic design and adds an upgraded Find feature, using precise location tracking and sound playback to solve the common pain point of remotes often getting lost in the sofa cushions.

For the first time, you can pair Apple TV 4K with four HomePod mini 2 or HomePod (2nd generation) units to build a four-channel home theater system.
