Meta has officially announced the launch of its new subscription service, Meta One, integrating core products such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Meta AI to deliver a more complete and upgraded digital experience to billions of users worldwide. Meta One not only meets general users’ needs for personalized expression and AI applications, but also introduces dedicated plans for creators and businesses, helping improve content creation efficiency, strengthen brand management capabilities, and expand business growth opportunities.

Meta emphasizes that the core features of its various products and Meta AI will remain free to use, and this commitment will not change. Meta One, meanwhile, serves as a premium subscription service, offering more exclusive features, higher AI usage limits, and a cross-platform integrated experience, allowing users to choose the plan that suits their needs. Meta One will launch its first wave of more than 50 new features on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Meta AI, and is expected to expand in the future to more products and services such as Edits and AI glasses, creating a more complete Meta ecosystem.

For individual users, Meta has previously launched single-product subscription plans such as Instagram Plus, Facebook Plus, and WhatsApp Plus, offering more customization features and creative tools. As user response has been enthusiastic, Meta continues to expand these experiences. For example, Instagram Plus has added custom fonts, message previews, and notifications when selected people view your stories; Facebook Plus will add more Messenger customization options, deeper Reels insights, and expand where mood reactions can be applied; WhatsApp Plus is testing media backup storage and a “Focus Hours” feature to help users manage communications and their daily rhythm more efficiently.

The newly launched Meta One further integrates these features and introduces two bundle options: Core and Premium. In addition to integrating advanced features across platforms, it also provides higher AI usage allowances, enabling users to make fuller use of Meta AI’s creative capabilities, including image generation, content editing, video generation, and popular AI tools such as Instagram Restyle. Meta said Meta AI’s everyday features will remain free, while the subscription plans provide users with greater creative needs ample computing resources and more possibilities. According to early test results, more than half of bundle plan subscribers use both AI and personal expression features, with tools such as image generation, voice effects, and Restyle proving especially popular.

For creators and merchants, Meta One offers more comprehensive brand management and business growth tools. By integrating directly into the existing platform environment, creators and businesses can use professional features to build their brand, attract audiences, and improve conversion performance without downloading an additional app or creating a new account. New features include advanced profile pages that can showcase official websites, physical locations, and customer reviews, more prominent Reels follow buttons, and tools such as automatically sending follow invitations to users who have previously interacted. At the same time, Meta Business Agent also offers a higher reply quota, helping merchants respond to customer needs in real time around the clock, improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Looking ahead, Meta will continue to expand Meta One’s feature set, including the launch of Edits Plus, which will offer larger cloud storage, cross-device project sync, and more AI assistant usage credits. By analyzing Instagram insights data and providing creative suggestions, it will further help creators and small and medium-sized businesses improve content performance and operational efficiency.

Meta One is now officially available in global markets. In Taiwan, the monthly fee for the single-product plan starts at NT$49, the personal bundle plan starts at NT$199 per month, and the creator and merchant plans start at NT$459 per month. Through deep integration of AI, creative, community, and commerce tools, Meta aims to create a more productive and creative digital experience, helping users with different needs discover more possibilities within the Meta ecosystem.
