In the future, otakus may want to think twice before spending money to flirt with OnlyFans female anchors. Recently, on the X platform, a person named Raytar The user of has disclosed the results of his experiments in detail: He used AI tools such as Claude Code, Flux and ElevenLabs to create a software called Maya AI virtual girlfriend account. This account does not require real-person filming or manual replying to messages. It only requires 4 Markdown files Operation, it has achieved an astonishing monthly income of US$43,000 (approximately NT$1.3 million) on OnlyFans.
AI girlfriend makes NT$1.3 million monthly on OnlyFans platform
In the setting, Maya is a 22-year-old UCF (University of Central Florida) psychology dropout with brown hair, hazel eyes, 163 cm tall, and an unknown small scar on her left wrist. She has 1,247 paid subscribers, and her most loyal fans spent US$1,847 (approximately NT$56,000) on private messages and paid content in one month, with an average monthly spend of US$34 per fan.

But Maya doesn’t exist. She had no real person to film, no one to type back. Every message is automatically written by Claude Code, every photo is generated by Flux, and the speech is synthesized by ElevenLabs. Maya is just 4 .md files in a folder on a MacBook in Austin, Texas.
The complete construction process of 4 files
Raytar reveals in detail the entire Maya build process, which takes only 4 weeks in total:
Week 1: persona.md (persona setting)
1,200-word profile: Born in Tampa, Florida, in March 2004. His mother is a landlord and has an alcohol problem. He hates his stepfather. He has a fake brother named Tyler in Tampa. Off-limits topics include politics, real location and weight. The phonetic specifications are extremely strict: all lowercase, no periods, no “lol” but “lmaooo”.
Week 2: flux.md + LoRA (appearance generation)
After selecting a basic face, lock 6 to 8 appearance descriptions, use Flux to generate 47 photos from different angles, and then train the LoRA model (it costs about $80 to rent an A100 GPU). Locking three shooting scenes – bedroom, bathroom, kitchen at two o’clock in the morning – different seed ranges ensured consistency for each face.
Week 3: voice.md + ElevenLabs (speech synthesis)
Spend $40 on Fiverr to buy a 90-second clean audio file and copy your voice with ElevenLabs Instant Voice Clone. Set detailed voice rules: only send voice messages after 11 pm local time, do not read numbers directly (say “twenty bucks” instead of “$20”), you must breathe before long sentences, and yawn at the end of 30% of the voice to increase realism.
Week 4: brain.md + orchestrator (memory and reply system)
This is the core of the entire system. Claude Code reads persona.md, voice.md and brain.md before each reply, and then extracts new personal information from the user’s message, including work, location, emotional state, etc., and instantly stores it into the JSON structure of brain.md. The system will never forget a name, and the character will never be destroyed. It works automatically when the creator is sleeping, adding “sorry babe just woke up 🥺” at 7am sharp.
AI virtual influencers are not the first
Maya is not the first AI virtual internet celebrity, but her birth is the fastest.
Aitana López is a pink-haired AI model from Barcelona, Spain, created by The Clueless agency, who can earn up to 10,000 euros (approximately NT$350,000) per month. She was profiled in Fortune magazine in 2024 and she has worked with well-known brands such as Victoria’s Secret, Razer, Olaplex and more. Interestingly, a Latin American actor with 5 million followers DMed her to ask her out, completely unaware that she was an AI.
Emily Pellegrini It is another well-known AI internet celebrity, set to be a 21-year-old Italian woman. Her anonymous creator used Midjourney to generate her appearance and told the Daily Maildisclose: “I asked ChatGPT what the average man’s dream girl is, and it said long brown hair and long legs. I did exactly what it said.” No one has yet discovered that she is not a real person.
However, the speed of Maya’s birth is completely different from the first two: Aitana took 18 months to build, Emily took half a year, and Maya only took 4 weeks.

“This would have been impossible 18 months ago,” Raytar noted in the post. He cited the maturity of key technologies as the main reason: Flux provides photorealistic facial consistency for less than $200 per month; ElevenLabs can replicate speech in just 90 seconds of audio; and Claude Code’s latest model can handle thousands of conversations in a single contextual window. “The next Maya is just a weekend away.”
Amazing business model
According to Raytar’s public profit and loss calculations, the operating results of this account are quite astonishing: monthly revenue is US$43,000. After deducting the 20% commission from the OnlyFans platform, the 3% Stripe handling fee, and the monthly operating costs of approximately US$400 (Claude + Flux + ElevenLabs), the net profit is as high as US$32,000 per month (approximately NT$970,000).
This is just the beginning
Raytar stresses that OnlyFans is just the entry point, not the product itself. The same four profile patterns can be applied to various platforms: an Instagram fitness influencer account (Brazil), a TikTok cooking character (Seoul), a Twitch streamer playing Marvel Rivals at 3am, and an X account posting views on cryptocurrency. There are no real people behind these accounts.

When anyone can be turned into a folder, how can we tell whether the “person” on the other side of the screen really exists? This may be one of the most thoughtful questions in the AI era.
