MSI 2026 summer health checkup starts on 8/1, six major product lines enjoy top ten free health checks
This summer health inspection covers a wide range of product categories, including six categories: notebook computers, handheld computers, desktop computers, AIO all-in-one computers, motherboards and graphics cards. As long as it is an MSI brand product, regardless of whether it is within the warranty period or out of the warranty period, you can participate in a free health examination during the event. This “not limited to within and outside warranty” policy allows even old equipment that has expired to benefit from the warranty, which is very friendly to consumers who have used MSI products for a long time.
The top ten free health check services provided by MSI this time include: appearance and fan cleaning, BIOS update, hard drive and hardware peripheral function test, memory scan, cooling module maintenance, installation fee-free memory or SSD solid state drive installation, screen color correction and battery health test. Exclusive testing and maintenance items are provided for different types of products. For example, laptops and handheld computers can be tested for battery health and screen color calibration, while desktops and motherboards focus on BIOS updates and cooling module maintenance.

Logistics staff will collect the equipment at their homes and return it after completing inspection and maintenance. If you need packaging materials, you can call MSI customer service hotline 0800-018-880 (please dial 02-8024-3029 from your mobile phone, a fee will apply) to apply for the original outer box and packaging materials to ensure the safety of your phone during transportation.
Consumers who prefer in-store face-to-face service can choose to attend the MSI Direct Service Center on-site. MSI recommends booking a time slot through the MSI Member Center reservation system in advance to reduce on-site waiting time. Directly operated service centers will accept health examination services from August 1 to August 31, and the online appointment system is now open for acceptance.
MSI specifically reminds you to back up important data on your hard drive before participating in the health examination to avoid file loss during the examination.
