When upgrading a graphics card or buying a new graphics card, those with a limited budget do not want to buy expensive ones, but buy options with high CP values. Tom’s Hardware said that to create this ranking, they collected the lowest selling prices from the GPU Price Index and ranked them by 1080p FPS per dollar. The resolution of 1080p is chosen mainly because some graphics cards cannot run to 1440p or even 4K. At the same time, players who pay attention to CP value should mostly play 1080p games.

The top two spots are both taken by Intel Arc. The graphics card with the highest CP value is the A580, which is currently priced at US$160 abroad. 1080p resolution games can run an average of 49.1 FPS, which translates to an FPS value per dollar of up to 0.307. It is also the only one among them all to exceed 0.3.

Although the Intel Arc A750’s 0.295 FPS value per dollar lags a little behind, it is much ahead of the third-placed GeForce RTX 4060, which means the CP value is much higher. 1080p resolution can run an average of 53.2 FPS gaming performance.
Tom’s Hardware also adds that both the A580 and A780 come with 8GB of GDDR6 memory, which is enough for most games at 1080p at the highest settings. But it should be noted that there are recent foreign YouTube channels testing 250 games, Intel Arc graphics card still has 5% of games that cannot be played:
The RTX 4060 and RTX 4060 Ti are the two with the highest CP values among all NVIDIA graphics cards. For AMD, they are RX 7700XT and RX 7600, so if you are very interested in CP value and mainly play 1080p resolution games, you can choose from these pictures.
As for mid-to-high-end graphics cards, if you insist on choosing one with a high CP value, it should be the AMD Radeon RX 7900XT. The converted value is 0.181, slightly ahead of its competitors RTX 4070 Ti and RTX 4070 Ti Super.
If you want to find a graphics card with 16GB of display memory, the cheapest option is Arc A770 16GB, which is twice as much as the competitor RTX 4060, but strictly speaking, NVIDIA is still relatively high in terms of performance.
This table also shows that if you want to buy a graphics card that can run games at an average of 60fps, you need to spend about $200. For $500, you can get a graphics card that can average over 100fps.
