At last year’s Google I/O conference, Google launched Google Flow, a creative tool specifically designed for filmmakers. In just one year, Flow has expanded from a single product to a complete AI creative studio, adding video and image generation and editing capabilities, and is available in more than 140 countries and regions around the world. Earlier this year, Google also added a new member to the Flow series: Google Flow Music, allowing artists, producers and songwriters to create music using the latest Lyria 3 Pro music model. Today, Google has further introduced smart assistants into every aspect of the creative process, launching new AI models and mobile applications, allowing creators to complete their works in a more intuitive, precise and free way.

Google Flow fully upgraded: from video to music, creating a new generation of AI creative studio
Google Flow: Create a new creative experience with Gemini Omni
Gemini Omni Flash: More powerful multi-modal generation and video editing capabilities
Google Flow gets a major upgrade with Gemini Omni. Omni Flash is a model that can generate content from any input (including videos). It combines Gemini’s inference capabilities with Google’s generative media technology to significantly improve world understanding, multi-modal processing, and precise video editing. For creators, Omni Flash enables a natural blend of real-world inspiration and generated content that can be iteratively adapted in a conversational manner. It also enhances character consistency, ensuring that characters look and sound consistent across different scenes. Currently, Omni Flash is available to Google AI subscribers worldwide.

Google Flow Agent: Your full-process creative partner
Flow Agent, a creative assistant that works with you to plan and break down complex tasks based on your instructions, is now available to all Google Flow users. It is built on the Gemini model and has professional knowledge and in-depth understanding of the project to help:
- Brainstorming and plot ideas
- Character dialogue reference
- Multi-version creation
- Simultaneous editing of large amounts of material
- Smart organization and renaming of materials

Custom tools: Use natural language to create your own workflows
Google Flow now allows users to create custom tools and workflows in natural language, with no programming background required. Whether it’s an image editor, video adjuster or custom shader, it can be easily generated. Creators can also share tools with other Flow users, allowing the community to jointly expand their creative capabilities. For example, the “pixelBento” tool developed by early partner László Gaal can apply post-production effects such as low-fidelity and glitch aesthetics. All Flow users can use existing tools, while Google AI subscribers can build and remix tools.

Google Flow Music: More detailed song editing and music video creation
Google Flow Music has always been committed to helping creators produce studio-quality songs, and the latest update further improves editing freedom and music video production capabilities.

Precise editing paragraph by paragraph
Creators can now select any section of a song to modify, including:
- Rewrite or translate lyrics
- Adjust tempo or style
- Sample specific clips and extend them into entirely new genres
- All changes can be made without affecting other paragraphs.

Cover the entire song with one click
Flow Music also supports reinterpretations of entire songs in different styles while retaining the melody and structure of the original song. For example, you can convert your work into a “Lo-fi learning style” version to create a new listening experience.
Make a music video with Gemini Omni
Omni Flash is also coming to Flow Music soon, allowing you to guide AI to create shareable music videos through dialogue. You can control the style, theme and scene of the video to perfectly synchronize with the rhythm and narrative of the song. This feature will be available to all Google AI subscribers.

Google will also launch mobile apps for Google Flow and Google Flow Music. Although the web version still provides the most complete functions, the mobile version allows creators to start immediately whenever inspiration strikes:
- Flow App: Android beta now available (18+), iOS version coming soon
- Flow Music App: iOS version available, Android version coming soon
