Fortunately, in the latest Pixel Watch March update, Google specifically noted that it will update the Clock app through the Play Store in the next few weeks to correct the problem that the alarm clock may be delayed or started early. It is also recommended that users activate the automatic update of the Play Store to get this update as soon as possible.

According to foreign media speculation, this problem may be caused by the conflict between the alarm clock and bedtime-related function settings. In fact, it seems that it is not a common problem encountered by users at present. However, I believe that for those who encounter this problem, they will lose all confidence in the Pixel Watch smart watch after encountering this problem once. Although at present, it seems that the error time of the alarm clock is about 1 to 5 minutes, which may not cause an exaggerated lateness problem for most people…
But no matter what, for a “watch” or “clock”, no matter what, unless it is really completely out of power, the display and accuracy should be maintained no matter what. Not to mention, after this update, Google also provides a button to display the time when the Pixel Watch is turned off (a red prompt will also appear when the battery is low). Obviously they also know how important functions such as displaying time are for this type of product.
It is reported that this time RWDA.230114.008.R1 and RWDA.230114.008.J2 in March 2023 have begun to be pushed. However, the update of the alarm clock bug requires the cooperation of the Clock app to be corrected. Alarms
· In the coming weeks, a fix will be rolled out via PlayStore to update the Clock app that addresses some alarms which have been having a delayed or false start.
· Ensure Auto-update apps is selected in Play Store > Settings on your watch and you will get this update once it’s available when your watch is on charger and connected to Wi-Fi.
