Previously, we have introduced many services that generate free AI animations, such asKeling, namely, a dream,veo2…but most of them have limits on the quantity (points) generated, orPoor quality. The problem is, after all, even OpenAI’s Sora performs pretty badly. Today, I’d like to share with you a [product] launched by the Japanese AI startup ‘Animon Dream Factory’ called ‘Animon.aiIt is an AI service focused on generating anime AI videos, and its tested performance is also above average.
Generate unlimited anime AI videos for free! Animon.ai tutorial
Animon.ai was designed and developed by a Japanese team. Its standout feature is AI video generation focused on anime visuals, with absolutely no usage or generation limits for individual users (though paying users get faster generation and access to better models). The goal is to use AI technology to address the low pay and long working hours plaguing the Japanese anime industry. Next, Ah Da will walk everyone through a quick trial. First, go to Animon.ai website (click here), on the homepage you can browse other users’ works:

How to use Animon.ai
If you’ve never used it before, you’ll need to register first. Start by clicking “Sign Up” in the top right corner (no need to change the language—only English and Japanese are available):

Then just log in with your Google account or email:

Next, select “Create”:

Select the topmost box to upload an image, then enter the action prompt you want to perform (I’ve tested that using English works better; the system probably can’t understand Chinese. If you’re not good at English, use ChatGPT or Gemini to translate), and finally select ‘Generate’:

Then on the right side, it will show that video generation has started. The animation generation speed for free users is also fast, generally completing within three minutes, unlike Kling which might take hours.

After completion, the finished image will appear on the right side of the screen. You can directly click to download, share (Share), or regenerate (Recreate). The advantage of this service is that if you’re not satisfied, you can keep rerolling until you are.

Click on the preview and you can see the finished product—free users are capped at 480P.

The system claims to have no restrictions, but if there are any, it’s that anime and CG-style images work best, while photos or other styles may be rejected.

I’ve personally tested several videos. Anime-style images work best, while overly realistic images end up looking weird. Here are a few examples I made:
Lastly, let me touch on Animon.ai’s subscription model. Whether you pay or not, you can generate unlimited videos (though the free version has a 5GB storage limit). The free version only allows one video generation task at a time, and downloaded videos come with an “Animon” logo watermark. Paid users get faster generation speeds, can generate two videos simultaneously, have no watermark, and get 50GB of storage. There’s no pricing announced yet for the higher-tier plans. Honestly, I think $9.9 USD per month is quite affordable—if you’re interested, go give it a try!
