RTX Spark is an Arm v9.2 architecture SoC developed by NVIDIA in partnership with MediaTek and built on TSMC’s 3nm process. RTX Spark mainstream version: locked for thin and light notebooks, power consumption reduced to 18W
The RTX Spark series, aimed at the mainstream thin and light notebook market, reduces power consumption to 18W to 45W. The high-end version is a 12-core CPU (8+4) with 20 SM units (2,560 CUDA cores), and the low-end version is a 10-core CPU (7+3) with 16 SM units (2,048 CUDA cores). The PCIe lanes are reduced to 8 5.0 lanes and 3 4.0 lanes. The memory supports 8GB to 64GB LPDDR5X through 8 lanes, and up to 2 sets of M.2 SSDs.
